Arrival and departure
Arrival follows the instructions in your booking confirmation. If you expect to arrive late, let us know in advance so everything can be prepared smoothly. Please plan departure so the cabin can be prepared for the next guests.
What to bring
Pack comfortable clothes for the lake and forest, insect repellent, your own beach towels and the basics your children may need. Bedding and standard cabin equipment follow the current booking conditions.
Guest registration
Before arrival, please complete the secure guestbook link for all required guests. Czech citizens fill in required records for adults, while foreign guests also register children according to UbyPort rules.
Payments
Always use the variable symbol from your booking. The booking detail contains QR payment for the total amount and, where applicable, a separate QR code for the local accommodation fee.
